A Vi..«, To the »liter: I feel impreased. as every true American woman should, to contrib ute my sentiments on the league of nations and |eace treaty, I think every true Anwriean ought to rise in a solid mass and demand ratification of the league of nations and treaty, and if those rat-eyed Ge: man sympathisers refuse to sign it put them out and semi them home or deport them into Germany where they rightfully belong. Who are they, our servants sent by the people of their state to do what tlie people want done* And if thev refuse, just set them out like they did Merger in the house of rr|e resen tative«. We should have our constitution amended so we would have initia tive, referendum and recall in every state in the union, and if our officer» refuse to transact the people’s busi ness bring them home and let them go into private business where they belong Our president spent many months in France with those leading men of the world and helped frame the league of nations; and who are they to overthrow it all and bring us to utter destruction and put us alone in the world, still in a state of war with Germany, after our boys going over and fighting and suffering hun ger. cold, and all the deprivation« that it is possible for humanity to endure, and win a grand victory - not only for America but for the whole world?
