The buayeat place about Scio, this week, has been at the bruhfr where the cement piers are being constructed. H C. Harkness, the cement fore man, with a force of some 15 hamis ami ten or a dozen teams, carried the work forward at a rapid rate. It is said that the piers should hanten for two weeks before the weight of the bridge is placril thereon.
