Met in regular session Thursday eve ning of last week, with all members present. The regular routine of business was transacted, bills ordered paid and numerous other small items, The com mittee on streets and public pro perty re]>orted on a large number of walks that they ordered repaired, The electrician was ordered to repair the mill dam sufficiently to supply water until something permanent could be done. The marshal was instructed to enforce the law in regard io Jog tax. The new county court held its first session, beginning yesterday afternoon, with Judge Stewart and Commissioners Russell and Butler in charge of the eounty.
