No Income tax returns are required
to be filed by Individuals covering th«
year 1925, except as follows:
W here an Individual was m a rrie d
and living w ith his wife, and th e ir com

W here an Individual was single and
hi«' net Income was 31.500 or m ore;
W here an Individual cla 'm “ exemp­
