RESTAURANT WASTE AND
Metro is requesting proposals for Restaurant Waste
and Commercial Recyclables Composition Studies.
The RFP contains the following two tasks:
Task 1: This study will collect data that will be used
to estimate separation and generation rates for food
scraps by limited service and full service restaurants.
Task 2: This study will estimate the contamination
rate of mixed recyclables collected from businesses
through the Metro region.
Proposals are due no later than February 21, 2019
at 2:00pm at the Metro front desk at 600 NE Grand
Avenue, Portland OR 97232.
Solicitation documents can be viewed and

Information Network (ORPIN) at
