C. Wesley Brough officiating. Interm ent was a t M ountain View cemetery. Mr Simpson died as the result of an accident on the lower Oak S treet bridge on Ju ly 22. He was 72 years old. The deceased had lived in Ashland for the past 12 years. He leaves three daughters, Mrs. Vera M. Klingi of Mollalla, Mrs. E sther Law rence and Mrs. Laura Mae Bailey, both of Ashland; a brother, Roy Simpson, of Menlo Park, California, and a sister, Mrs. R uth Dowell of Davenport, Iowa.
