Utilization of existing roads as one way roads would save much money and would serve the purpose ot a new four lane highway. The present southbound truck route in Medford could be shifted over to Holly street, and frqpi the point at the south of Medford where Holly ends at the city limits it would be possible to drive a highway through to Phoenix, meeting the old highway at a point across the tracks near the Associated Fruit pack ing house. From here on the highway runs to Talent, and it could go through Talent on Wagner avenue, While you can still get 18 and 24 month credit thence out the old highway to the junction with 99 at Bear creek.
