Add egg; beat well. Stir in Kellogg's All-Bran and orange rind. Add sifted dry ingre dients to first mixture alternately with orange Juice and milk. Stir only untU flour disappears. F ill greased muffir pans two-thirds full. Bake in moderate oven (400* F.i about 30 minutes. Makes 10 orange-y muffins.
