Mrs. Lewis is Mrs Taylor Williams' mother. • Mias Frances Port of the Ap plegate district spent Wednesday visiting with her cousin, Miss Hel en Dunn • Mr. and Mrs J L. McCollum returned Monday from Portland with their young son Jerry, who has been at the Dorenbecker hos pital for medical treatment • Mr. and Mrs. Roy l^ein and two children of Klamath Falls visited ' over the week-end with Mr. and Mrs Modrell and family. • Miss Lottie Beswick was at Harbor. Ore., last week, where she attended the funeral of her uncle, Robert Reiney. • Mr. and Mrs. Topendick of Red land are spending several days at the home of Mr and Mrs Theo dore Wean us and family. They plan to spend the Fourth here. • Mr and Mrs Charles Foran have moved from Lay's camp ground to the Butler house on Walker I avenue • Mr. and M rs < Carl Moore of Eugene visited a few day« last week at the home of Mr Moore's parents, Mr and Mrs Homer Moore • The embroidery club gave a picnic in Lithia park Thursday afternoon in honor of the birthday anniversary of Mrs I. E. Dead- mond. Those attending were Mrs. Ed Dunn, Mrs George Helms. Mrs Herman Heim. Mrs Crow, Mrs Conley, Mrs Walter Longstreth I and the honored guest. • Tuesday afternoon several mem bers of the Bellview P-TA met at the home of their president. Mrs R. D. Reynolds, to discuss plans for the concession which they will hold in Lithia park over the Fourth. They decided to hold it Sunday and Monday, the location being where the horseshoe grounds were near the merry-go- round Mrs Walter Longstreth and Mrs Ed Dunn are the buying committee. The men will build the stand Saturday evening • Mrs. Frank Homes, who re cently died, was brought here for burial Thursday afternoon from Montana.
