Clell McCredie and «on, Billy, who plan to visit at the Ender« home for «lx weeks. • Wilbur Bushnell and Bobby Dodge «pent the week-end at bake o' the Woods, at the Dodge cot tage. • Mr. and Mrs. Robert Newman and daughter of The Dalles are guests in Ashland for some time of Mrs. Leah Caldwell, Mrs. New man's mother. • Mrs. J. H. Sugg and daughter. Miss Jane Sugg, are spending two weeks in Los Angeles and San Francisco, planning to return to Ashland by the end of the week. • The Rev. and Mrs. D. E. Nourse and family left for Crescent City Monday on a three weeks vacation trip, which also will cover many other cities. • Mrs. Don Smith of San Fran cisco is spending an indefinite length of time in Ashland with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. S. S. Davies. • Mrs. Anna G. McClellan re turned to her home in Greeley, Colo., Saturday by way of San Diego, following a five weeks visit here with her daughter. Mrs. K. G. Wilshire. ♦ Paul Mars and family of Eu gene arrived here Sunday to visit for a short time at the home of Mr. Mars' parents, Mr. and Mrs J. D. Mars. • Mr« E. O. Gillings of Klamath Fail« is employed at the State bank for two weeks while Mrs. Frank Davis is taking her vaca tion. • H. L. Claycomb recently «pent several days in San Francisco on a business trip, returning to Ash land Sunday. • Mr. and Mrs. Chet Wolters re cently spent several days at their cottage at Lake o’ the Woods. In fact, the Wolters spend every pos sible moment at the resort. • Mrs. Floyd Houston and daugh ter left Tuesday for Prineville, Oregon, after spending the winter here. • Milton Franklin of Fall River Mills, in California, former Ash land resident, is spending his va cation here. • Mrs. Elizabeth Smith returned to Ashland Sunday from a several days visit in Portland with friends. • Mrs. Floyd Fraley and son and Miss Ladine Shattuck of Berkeley, Calif., returned to their home Sat urday following a three weeks visit here with Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Fraley. • Dean Ashcraft and Bob Yeo left Monday for a camping trip at Squaw lake, planning to return here Friday. ♦ Mr. and Mrs. T. L.
