Mrs. Smith is a sister to Mrs. Mutchler. Wm. McGrath William Harold McGrath, re tired S.P.& S. Ry trainman, of 3665 Blanton Avenue, Beaverton, passed away in his sleep in the early morning of January 3, 1960. He had been in 111 health for some time because of a heart ail- i ment and had only been home from the hospital three weeks when he w-as taken so suddenly. Mr. McGrath was a well known ! figure in Beaverton especially In Masonic and Eastern Star circles in his capacity of custodian of the Masonic Temple. He Is survived by his wife, Em- 1 ma Belle McGrath of Beaverton , and three children: Mrs. Lavelle i Crum; Mrs. Rose Marie Duffield ' and Mrs. Ruth Edgell. Funeral arrangements are still ! pending and will be announced by j I Pegg's Mortuary, Beaverton, when | plans are completed. STUDY CLUB HOSTESS Mrs. S. Albert King of the Bethel Congregational Church o f ficiated. Vault interment was in Crescent Grove Cemetery. Mr. Walker was born on October 13, 1883 in Lancastershire. England He had lived in Beaverton for the past 14 months. He w ai a retired machinist by occupation. He is survived by his wife, Eliza beth of Beaverton and the follow ing children William Schofield of Brooklyn, N ew York; Harry Scho field of Brooklyn. New York; Mrs. Alice Grogan of Brooklyn. New York; Joe Walker in the merchant marine and Mis. Ada Walker Har row of Portland. Oregon; 5 grand children and 1 brother, Frank.
