Burke, 53, route 5, box 623, general agent o f t i e accident and health departm ent o f the C alifor nia W estern States Life Insurance com pany, died five m inutes after his arrival at G ood Sam aritan hospital at 9:15 a. m. Saturday, after he co l lapsed in gettin g out o f an au tom o bile and fell, strik in g his head on a rock. B urke went to a n eigh bor’s home to assist in starting an autom obile but unexpectedly fell backw ards from his car. The co ro n e r’s o ffice has not determ ined w hether death resulted directly from the fall or from a heart attack. D eputy sh eriff's are investigating circu m stan ces o f the accident.
