Newspaper Page TextFriday, B E A V E R T O N ENTERPR ISE, Beaverton, Oregon Page 2 Coquille Boy Wins Ford Good Driver Contest Plans for the KOAC home garden hour program for 1940-41 have been completed and a leaflet listing the weekly subjects from September to June, inclusive, has just been issued for free distribution. These programs are developed in cooperation with | the Oregon federation of Garden clubs and are conducted under a study plan which KOAC garden clubs are organized for group meetings and discussions. Last year 25 such study groups were organized, totaling 299 members I located in 12 counties. The KOAC programs have proved so popular that they are repeated over private 1 stations in areas not adequately reached by the daytime KOAC broad cast. Stations cooperating in re broadcasting these programs are KUJ in Walla Walla, KLBM in La Grande, and KB N D in Bend. Copies of the program and instruc tions for organizing a radia garden club may be had free by addressing KOAC at Corvallis. IL II.
