They have a fine 10 acre farm home in the Sorrento district southwest of town on which Is a young filbert orchard. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Glenn ar rived Saturday from New Mexico and are visiting the E. S. had a Christmas party for the children, fol lowing the business session last Wed nrsday evening A program of songs piano and aecordion solos, readings, and tap dancing, put on by the child ren was greatly enjoyed by those present, a lighted Christmas tree gave a festive air to the occasion, Santa Claus appeared and dlstribu ted candy and oranges to the child ren. There was an exchange of gifts between the officers of the chapter. Mis. R. B Denny was presented with a gift from the chapter in ap preciation of the excellent services rendered the chapter in her capacity as secretary for thn past ten years Mrs Bertha Williams, retiring ma tron gave an excellent farewell talk to her officers.
