build up an unwholesome "class” consciousness in the United States.

The council of the city of Tualatin
has asked Commissioner Riley if the
city of Portland will lend it one steam
fire pumper. 1900 feet of fire hose,
two ladder«, two fire axes, one hose
truck and one fire siren. The city has
three unused pumpers, Riley said, one
of which might be lent to Tualatin.
He said there is no otner extra equip
ment available.
