BEAVERTON ENTERPRISE F R ID A Y , JULY 7. 1933 Council may seem necessary and expedient for the printing and distribution of pamphlets, circulars and literature, or other matter of publicity, as such Council may determine, for the purpose of advertising and publicity for such City. •192. Tax Levy To Cover Cost: The City of Beaverton is hereby empowered and authorized to levy a special tax for the purpose of raising a sum of money, not in excess of the amount set forth in section 191 for the purpose of advertising and pub licity as hereinabove set forth. •193. Petition For Tax—Election: Before any such special tax will be levied, or any such appropri CENTS ation shall be made, as provided in section 192 of this Charter, a petition favoring said appropriation and special tax shall be filed with the City Recor A LINE der. Said petition shall contain signatures of legal voters of the City of Beaverton equal to twenty percent of the number of the legal voters at the' PER TIME laat municipal election in said City.
