As the Prices Wilt Never be as Low as they are Now
Most people
at the present time are Hoarding their Money, and not
spending, yet they expect to have times improve.
If we would all
buy what we need It Would Not Take Long for Times to Pick up

work, so the
slump in business is not justified by reduced incomes.
