laurels, with ex-Senator Chamber-
lain in the offing.
While Fred L.
Gifford has deniedhaving aspirations
for the senatorial toga, there are
those who maintain that sufficient
pressure by the three K ’s would
bring him into line. At all events
there will be a pretty contest when
the time comes, and up to the
present time it is anybody’s game.

bought with money. It is for that
reason that they covet money more
than anything else. If only they
had a large bank account, they
think; then they could obtain -all

Holsteins, Jerseys, Guernseys, Ayr-
shires, and Brown Swiss, and it is
expected that some of the world’s
record cows will be present again,

bers of last year will be surpassed.
