POPULATION STATISTICS OF SOME VALLEY TOWNS SHERIFF’S NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY ON FORECLOSURE ^ ! Notice is hereby given, that by virtue of an execution duly issued | out of the Circuit Court, of the State of Oregon, for the Couijty o i Mar* ion and to me directed on the 28th day of July, 1920, upon a judgment and decree duly rendered, entered of record and docketed in and by said Court on the 19th day of-July, 1920, in a certain suit then in said Court pending, wherein Lewis C. Gosser, was plaintiff, William H. Wilson and Louis Wilson, his wife, Alice Stubbs and J. C. Stubbs, her hus band, R. A. Wilson and Ethel Wilson his wife, F. J. Wilson and Beatrice Wilson, his wife, Clarence Wilson and Ella Wilson, his wife, James H. Wilson and Libby P. Wilson, his wife, and G. E. Unruh a£ Administrator of the Estate of Alfred Wilson de ceased, were defendants in favor of plaintiff and against 'said defenda- ants by which execution I am com manded te sell the property in said execution and hereinafter described to pay the sum due the plaintiff of $320.80, with interest thereon at the rate of. 8 per cent, per annum from the 3rd day of December, 1919, un til paid and the further sum of $50.00 attorney fees, together with the costs and disbursements of said suit taxed fit $30.00, hnd costs and expenses of said execution. I will on Saturday, the 4th day of Septem ber, 1920, at the “hour i of 10 o’clock A. M. of said day at the West door of the Cbunty Cour t House in Sa lem, Mariop County, Oregon, sell at public auction to the highest bidder . for cash in hand on the day of sale, all the right, title, interest and estate which said defendants and all per sons claiming under them subsequent to the execution qf plaintiff’s mort gage in4, of and to said premises hereinbefore mentioned and describ ed in said execution as follows; to- w it: The .North one-half of Lot 5 in Block 2 of/Capital Street Addition to the City of Salem, Marion County, Oregon.
