Tho following is a description of tho real proporty and miuiug proporty which plaintiff will ask to bo sold or tho paymont of such judgmout as ho may rocovor against you, .situato in tho County of Baker and Stato of Oregon, to-wit: Tho Don Juan, Do Do, and Do Do No. 2 quartz mining claims, situate in Baker County, Stato of Oiojou; tho Dou Juan Mill Site situato in Baker County, Oregou, and con tiguous to tho quartz miuiug claims abovo described: Also tho Susan D., aud Big Canadian lodo or quartz mining claims situato about 1 aud 4 miles southwest from tho Don Juan quartz miuiug claim abovo described in Tp. 10 S. K. 35 E. V. M., in Baker County, Oregou, said claims adjoiuiug tho Phoenix mine; also tho Hollo Vlllo quartz miuiug claim situato about U milo easterly from tho Don Juan quartz miuiug claim abovo described. Also tho Greenwood wator right as located by G. T. Kelly aud others on tho 15h day of July, 1805, aud moro par ticularly described In the notico of locatiou thereof recorded at page 388 of Vol. D, of records of water rights of Baker County, Oregon; said wator right being situated in Baker County, Oregon. Together with all tho improvements thereou, aud tho tenements, here ditaments aud appurtouauces thoro unto belougiug or in any wlso apper taining to auy of said mining claims, water rights or mill sites, as woll as all rights, privileges aud franchises therewith connected. The abovo named Dou Juau, Do Do, aud Do Do No. 2 quartz miuiug claims aud tho Don Juau Mill Site with improvements thereon constitute what is commonly known as tho Don Juau Mine situato on the slope of Greouwood Gulch about 80 rods northerly from tho Phoenix mino in Township 10 S. K. 35 E. V. M., in Btkor County, Oregou. Tho following is a description of tho persoual property abovo men tioned and attached in this action to satisfy Plaintiffs demand; the said proporty being situato at tho said Dou Juau Mino iu Baker County, Oregon, to-wit: Ouo framo ofllco building, situ ated at tho Dou Juau inlno together with tho coutonts thereof, consisting of ofllco furniture, gold scales, beds, etc., as described iu tho Sheriffs return on tho nttaohniMit heroin; ouo small chicken houso aud pig pen combined, also four chickens aud including all personal property in said otlice, collar, aud chicken houso. One log boarding house, together with tho coutonts thereof, consisting of stoves, dining room furniture, cooking utensils, aud as tho same is moro fully shown iu said Sheriffs return, and including all persoual property iu said bnnrdlug house. Ouo framo bunk houso building, ono cross cut saw, one stove and pipo, 7 beds, said property being located in said bunk houses. 25 cords of wood situated at tho Dou Juau mill. Ouo 10-stamp mill building, ouo steam mill onglno complete (Erio make), together with all belts, pulloys, and all equipments, ouo 75 borso power (Erio make) boilor, com ploto, oucasod lu stouo, together with all pipo aud all equipments of said bojlor, ouo wood track containing about 75 foot T. Rail (more or loss) aud ouo wood car; ouo viso, two mill lamps, ouo hammer, ouo pipo wroucb, ouo gas pipo cutter, ouo gas pipo wrench, ouo squaro, ouo augor, 5 flvo gallon cans part filled with eil: ono rope and windlass, ono box old iron scraps, ouo baud lamp (largo slzo); ouo foodor pump comploto for boilor, ouo heutor connected with said boilor, ono pick, ouo sledge, ono ax, ono Willisul Coucoutrator comploto including tablo aud framo, ouo lot of oro sacks, 18 sacks of concentrates, 2 coppor mill plates sizo 0x12 foot; ouo 10-stamp mill comploto with stamps aud dies iuoludiug framo aud all equipments thorowith; 2 five stamp battarios, ouo wrench, ouo lot of tools, ono crock aud contains about 15 pounds of quicksilver; ouo mortor, ouo gold pan, ouo straight wrench, ouo lot of old Iron shoos and dies, a lot of old tabbots, 2 hoppois or feeders, ouo heating pipo 14 Inch and about GO foot long, one rock crusher, ouo grindstone, ouo oro car, ono log chain, ouo lot of stool drills and underground mining tools situated lu said oro car; chain blocks aud ropo, 5 boxes of giant powdor, ouo pipo aud vlco, ouo roll of packiug, ouo grludstouo, ouo iron grisly, all of said proporty is located lu tho mill of said Dou Juau mino, aud including all porsoual proporty in said mill. One tramway about 300 foot long moro or less, 000 feet moro or less of 2 and steam pipo, 1200 foot more or less of T. Rail, 000 foot moro or loss of 0 inch stovo pipo, ono 1400 pound oro car, all of said proporty Is located In said tramway. Ouo Kuowles pump, one 40 horse power boiler, R. & C. make, ouo oro bucket, ouo blacksmith shop (log) ouo auvil, ouo hollows, u lot of blacksmith tools, n lot of old iron, ouo bar of 7 inch steel about 10 feet long, nuld proporty is located iu said bucksmith shop. One work shop Including ouo heating stovo aud pipe. Ouo assay otlice aud contents, situated at said Dou Junu mine, 5 links of stovo pipe, 2 bed steads, one pair springs, 2 shoevls, ouo sink, 22 axes, one gold pan, ouo hamniar, one bucking board, one mortar, one stove and pipe, one saw, one wash tub, ono squaro, ono chair, 10 packages soda, a lot of acid bottles, one furnace, 2 boxes of pulp, 50 bricks, one box cuppels,sald property is located In said assay otlice and in cluding all personal property iu said assay otlice. All of said property situated at the Don Juan nilnu In tho Greenhorn district, Baker County, Oregon. The following is a description of the real property and mining proporty attached iu said action at the Instance of Plaiutiif by the Shoritr of Grant County, Oregon; said property Mug situated iu the County of Grant, State of Oregou, tewlt: Tho May Queen quartz mining claim as located by 1). 1). McLeod on tho 20th day of October, 1001, aud as described iu tho notice of locatiou thereof recorded lu the otlice of tho County Clerk of Grant County, Oregon, iu Vol. M., of mining records at page II. Said claim adjoining northeast end lino on the south sldo line of the Golden Star claim. Also the Ollle Van quartz mining claim as located by James Gahau on the 1st day of January, 1002, aud as described iu tho notico of location thereof recorded iu tho ofllco of the Comity Clerk of Grant Couuty, Oregou, iu Vol. M. of miuiug records at page 202 thereof, said claim being situato about 'i of a milo northeast of tho Dou Juan miuo.
