Preparations for lh Fourth.

the Fourth and the following day arc
now well under way. The grand eland
is Is-ing erected at the corner of Mill
and Gianile, where the literary exer
cises and one or more of the drilling
contests will take place. A law hlock

where other of the drilling contests will

streets. The minor athletic contests
