Advices from Pendleton convey the
pleasiiiK IntelliKence that the new Law
ton hotel will be under course of construe

longest. Mr. T. P. Howard, the Pendle
ton architect who has been entrusted
with drafting the designs and specific.-!

his tasl and will be ready to submit them
for approval to the board of directors of
