W. for the murder of Warren Grimm was temporarily halted today by the ill neaa of Edward Parr, one of the jur ors. The physiciana aaid that it would be unsafe for him to attend the trial as he had high fever. Judge Wilson decided to postpone the aesaion. The Washington law prevents the separation of the jurors. A discharge of one of the alternate will only be made in the event that the delay ia liable to become prolonged. - Three alienists will examine Loren Roberta, one of the defendants, in an effort to determine his sanity. He haa made a defense along this line and Vandeveer will endeavor to establish it in order to offset the value of the confession which he made and which waa introduced by the prosecution.
