Mrs. Winston Du Pee First French War Bride in Albany Who is the first French war bride to arrive in Albany has been a matter of discussion. Mr. and Mrs. Peebler, who recently returned from overseas have been credited to be the drat cou ple to arrive. Now conies on the f i.'t that Mr. and Mrs. Winston Du Pee arrived here from overseas last Sep tember, and are probably really the first. Mr. and Mrs. Du Pee were mar ried in France and from there trans-' ferred to Russia and then returned to France for additional service. When Mr. Du Pee waa returned to America his wife was permitted transfer on the same ship. On arriving here Mr. Du Pee was employed by the Moun tain States power company in the lino department He is a brother of Mrs. Dan Molver of this city. , Boy Badly Cut When Automobiles Collide Sunday A collision in which one . person was badly cut about the fact and others badly shaken occurred Sunday afternoon at Sixth and Ferry streets when a Mitchell Six driven by Frank Munson collided with a Ford contain ng U.
