The disposition shown by those present to effect such an organiiation was very satisfactory and entirely pleasing to those who are promoting the plan loc ally. - All of the business men are enthu siastic in their consideration of the project and believe it to be the essen tial thing to relieve the present con dition of the city. A committee waa appointed and 'approved a short time ago which ia authorised to solicit for stock in the company. Members of this commit tee also have the privilege of asking- for help in soliciting from among those who are interested in the propo sition. The news of the de termination of the embryo republic' to put a strong team in the coming Olym piad was brought to this country re cently by E. J. Wright, who returned after more than a year's service in the new jiation for the Y. M. C. A. That the Czccho-Slovaks will be strongly represented was asserted by Mr. Wright, who also stated that the track and field team was being coached by Joseph J. Pipal, the man who coached the American team for the inter-allied games.
