It was probably the largest open air meeting of its kind ever held in the county. Six hundred people participated in the gathering, Snd many of these reported it the "greatest day of its kind they had ever seen." . ... This year the meeting will be held on the last day of this month Sunday, June 30th. It is under the auspices of the American Sunday School Union. The program will begin at 10:30 a. m. with song serv ice accompanied by an orchestra. The program will be varied and full of instruction and interest. Din ner will be served by the ladies from the baskets brought by the people. One of the most valuable features of the day will be an address bv Dr. W. P. White of this city on "Inspiration and Authority of Scrip ture Versus Hun False Philosophy and Theology." Dr. White will show the peril of Prussian Kultur and disclose the cause of the war. Last year the following rural Sunday schools attended in a body: Crowfoot, Fairview, Happy Homc ML Hope and Greenville Unions. Middle Ridge, Sodaville, 'Berlin, Lacomb arid Waterloo. Sundav schools. These will all again be in attendance and all Sunday schools and people are cordially invited. We would suggest that the Sunday Schools of Albany send repre sentatives. There will be a Service Flag period anT any town or ' city Sunday school sending a delegation may help decorate the serv ice flag with stars representing their boys at war from their school.
