He i the chap who gives you cred it when you arc financially broke, and carries your account until you are able to pay He it the chap who gives you back your money, or makes exchange when you are not aatiafied with what you have bought He is the chap who stands behind bis guaranty and makes restoration of all loaaes that you may sustain on 'the goods you buy He it the chap who meets you at the door with a handshake, and lets yon out with a message to the kids and a real come-back again goodbye He is the chap who greets you on the street every day in the year and takes ' a neighborly interest in your family and your affairs He is the chap whose clerk and bookkeepers and other employees live in your town and spend their money with you and with other home town people He is the chap who pays heavy taxes to help support your town sdiools and build your streets, and maintain your fire departments and police departments, and parks, and lighting and water service He is the chap who helps support your cities, churches 'and hospitals and charity organizations and your lodges and commercial clubs, and who talks for your town, and boosts for your town every day in the year He is the chap who visits yon when yon afe sick, sends flowers to your family whe0 you die, and follows your body out among the trees and tombs, as far as human feet may tread with the dead He is the Home Merchant your neighbor your friend your helper in time of need Don't you think you opgbt to trade with his, and be bis friends and helper er in HIS time of need? Don't you know that every dollar that you send out of your town for merchandise is sent to strangers to men who have never spent a dollar en your town? You don't save much, frequently nothing, when you send your money out of town, and don't you know that the growth and prosperity of your town depends very largely upon the success and prosperity of the home merchants? Out-of-town people julge our city by the appearance of our stores and the degree of enter prise shown by our merchants, and onr home merchants cannot succeed unless home folks give them loyal support. It is under the auspices o the American Sunday, school Union and will be held in the grove nea the falls at Waterloo. The Sunday schools organised un der this Group are the Crowfoot Fairview, Happy Home and Mt. Hope unions. But associated with them in this extraordinary "All-Day Meet ing are other Sunday schools as fol lows: Sodaville, Rock Hill. Greenville Berlin and l-aconib Also the Chris tian people of Waterloo are working with the Group, and the communities of Ried, McDowell Creek, and Lib erty districts will be represented. The opening song service will be gin exactly at 10 o'clock in the morn ing. This will be followed by spe ial Sunday school features led by loc al superintendents. There will also be special singing and short address es. Dinner will be served free from a great community table (everybody help one another and themselves) supplied from baskets. After the happy dinner and fellowship hour there will be chart talks, the "Ham mer Male Quartette" of Albany are to sing and there will be a sermon on the "Inspiration and Authority of Scripture," by Dr. W. P. White o Albany. A general invitation is extended to all to prepare a dinner basket and be present in time for the openin song service at 10:30 o'clock.
