Homibrook in San Francisco Hon. W. H. Homibrook and family were due to arrive in San Francisco today on their way to Bangkok, Si- am, to make their borne for a few years. Brownsville Barber Here- Minor Jackson, of Brownsville, has been in the city today for the first time in several years. While here he was around seeing some of his old- time friends, of the days when he ran a barber shop in Albany thirty years ago. There has been so many chang es about the city that it keeps him rusy noting the improvements Mr. Jackson is now 70 years of age: hu' declares his muscles are as steady as when a young man, and that he can strop a raior just as well. MAKES KOTO SPRINGS IN ALBANY SHOP An industry that has been growing up here under the very eyes of the people of Albany is an automobile pring factory. Few people realize that nearly every auto spring that has been replaced here for the past two or three years was made here at omc. Frank C. Snyder has been timing out his products at his black mitli shop on Fast Second street and saying very little about it. While his msiness has not reached any great proportions yet he makes a great many springs in the course of a year. nd ships many to out of town points.
