There seems to be a trood deal of doubt nnd questioning ns to the meaning of the option paper which is being circulated among the labor and material creditors or the O P R R. We notice also several ln uccuracies in the occounU of it which have been appearing in the papers the last few dnys. We have taken some pains to get what we believe to be accurate information about this, anil the result we now place at the disposal of our readers. In the first place the paper is an option to pun haso tliise debts and not a purchase outright. This option expires one day after the com ing sale of the railroad, the second of June next. If the option is accepted, in the event of the purchase of the railroad by the parties in question, the price to be paid for tho debts is .SO per cent in cash, on the completion of the purchase of the road. and 01 per cent in the new first mortgage interest bearing bonds, to tie issued uy 1110 purchasers-. Such bonds are to be of tho same rank and iiuality as whatever other bonds tiro issued by the purchasers.
