It is claimed the work aas poorly done. Mrs M E Farreil, whose properly' was adver tised at the same time, paid the amount of the assessment under protest, to await the result of these suits. No Bottom to Them. The Sheridan, Junction and Gervals banks seem to have been run on a decidedly shal'ow basis.
