Mr Kads dis mounted and took a shot at his bearship slightly wounding him, whereupon the lnr instantly irave chase persuading Mr Eads to remount. A second shot 60 severely wounded the bear that it gave up the chase and went into u thicket wnere it was impossible for a horse to pass through.
