The Eugene Journal says that the democrats of Washington territory procured an indictment by an Arizona grand jury of T C Stiles, one of lhe republican candidates for supreme Judge in that territory for the purpose of de feating him in the election and says that kind of business in politics is not fair. The Journal must think its readers are all fools, and.
