A dispatch from ltutte, Montana, says: Re ports from Anaconda, Deer Lodge and Mis soula show that they all wen democritic, while Helena, Bozeman and Great Falls went Repub lican. Sixty per cent, of the vote lies west of the Rocky Mountain range. Yesterday's elec tion is conceded by the most conservative Re publicans to mean two United States Senators and a Representative for the Democracy. Mr. Clark, the candidate for Delegate to Congress last Fall, and Marcus Daly, manager of the Great Anaconda Works, labored for the Demo crats. In Butte City the Republicans elected two Aldermen out of seven, the Democrats electing the Mayor, Treasurer, City Attorney and the rest of the Democratic ticket. Ana conda, which went Republican by 750 last Fall now goes democratic by 650. Butte went Re publican last Fall bp 1,500; it is now Demo cratic by 386, as is Missoula by 500. The Democrats evidently have combined to carry the new State of Montana. The Lake Countv Examiner says: "If Senator Dolph (the boss corporation server in the U S senate) could make a visit to southeast- em Oregon.he would receive a reception that is not down on the calendar." mm I V- vf ALL KIN! ? f r. mum m Gradwohl's .
