OMggK PAGE FOUR Past Noble Grands To Conduct Meeting The Mt Pitt Rebekah Lodge No. 167 met in regular session Wednes day, October 5 at 7:30 p m. with Velma Kime presiding. Matters of interest to the group were discussed. A highlight of the evening was the announcement that the Past Noble Grands will conduct the next meeting to be held Octo tier 19. They will also serve the refreshments after this meeting. After the business meeting a birthday party was given in honor of members whose birthdays werc in July, August, and September The beautifully decorated table and traditional birthday refreshments were furnished and served by Lulu Glenn, Effie Glenn, Mary Moore, and Eva Kight. Fellowship Clubs to Meet in Central Pt. Junior High Patrol Elect Officers for First School Semester The newly organized Safety Pa trol elected the following officers for the first semester: President Bob King, Vice President Marvin Boh- nert and Secretary Larry Bigham. The group decided that hereafter that would vote in their new mem bers. Officer Sawtelle was present and assisted the boys in police pro cedure. Harry Mallon, Marvin Boh- nert and Fred Hogue were voted in the safety patrol. Following is the next assignment Mr. and Mrs. William Powers and for the boys: daughter, of Portland, visited Mr. Oct. 17-21 Squad No. 1—Norman Mallon, and Mrs. Fred Hesselgrave Tuesday. Chest Drive Under The Westminster Fellowship clubs of the Central Point and Jackson ville Presbyterian churches will meet in Central Point this Sunday at 6:30 p.m. The junior group will meet at the church parlors and the seniors, at the home of Mr. and Mrs George Johnson. The clubs met last Sunday in Jacksonville, when the first rehear sal of the Fellowship orchestra was held. The orchestra is made up of young people from both the Cen tral Point and Jacksonville clubs.
