meeting of Bogue Valley Art
Association held in the V. S.
Hotel. Jacksonville. The awards
were announced by Ben Trow­
bridge Ir.. chairman of the

on “ his participation in public
planning on behalf of the com
munity which has led to im ­
provement of the physical and
cultural environment in which
we live ’’
