I reland Editor and Publisher A hotel, golf course and health re sort will be constructed by a company composed of ^3 prominent physicians fnd surgeons of Portland, according to ^ recent announcement. The site if at CoHins Springs on the North Bank highway, it is under stood, and when the entire plant is completed it will necessitate an ex penditure of approximately $100,000, say those who- are sponsoring the movement. Three hundred acres will comprise the health resort property, while an additional 80 acres will be acquired this week to provide for a power plant and water system. The hotel will be erected on the Columbia river at the edge of Wind Jmountain and Adjacent to the line of the North Bank railroad and on the North Bank highway. A mile of water front on the river is comprised in the 300 acres, and the golf course will be con structed adjacent to the hotel. The first unit will comprise 7-5 rooms, with doctors’ examination rooms and laboratories. Plans call for the physicians in the eity to make the two hour run to the resort over che weekend to see their patients. Part of the grounds will be laid out with small cabins where hay fever patients can be treated, as the land s cut off from any possibility that pollen may be’blown in that direc- Aon.
