The request must come through certain specified channels, mainly for the purpose of securing to the government a pledge that the captured trophys will be placed where the public can view them without being charged for the privilege. Sherman county has three places for display of ^hese captured war trophys if application be made be fore all are allotted. Moro park, Grass Valley park, and DeMoss park are eligible under the allotment reg ulations.
