The livestock meeting Wednes day was attended by a few who had decided to buy bulls and by a number who were undecided what4hey would do. A ll present agreed as to the type of organiza tion they wanted to handle the purchase of the bulls Unless an other* change is made all parties wanting bulls w ill meet Wednes day, February 26, at 1 p.m. to de posit the money and arrange for the' purchase. The constitution and by-laws may have to be chang ed in some places and permanent officers w ill be elected.
