sufficiently high temperature or kept
at that temperature long enough to de

the question of tuberculosis Infection
through the skim milk from the cream
ery Is becoming so'serious that it will
eventually lead to compulsory pasteuri
sation of skim milk. Indeed, this is
now required In som e states, notably

milk hot enough or keep it at that tem
perature long enough.
