Several others ex-1 pect to be going within the next few days. Mr. Arthur Sargent received word this week of the death cf his sister Mrs. Edith Kennedy of Farham, Quebec. Mr. and Mrs. L. Spencer and daughter Donna Lee, Montesano, Wash., were visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Dunn last Wednesday. Deanna Quillen, of Portland, is visiting with her aunt and unci?, Mr. and Mrs. George Weedman. Deanna will be one of the instruc tors of swimming at the DeMoss pool. Mrs. Myrtle Funk left Wasco Thunsday for Bend w here she will spend a few days with her rela tives the Elfin Ross family. The Tuesday Club met at the home of Mrs. Idah Everett Tues day July 2nd. Cards were in play at three tables. Delicious refresh ments were served. Special guests for the afternoon were Mrs. E. Shull, Mrs. Arthur Sargent, Mrs. Keith McDonald, Mrs. Leona Van Gilder, Mrs. Elva Dehler, M rs Bill Nesbit and Mrs. Paul Patrick. High score for the club went to Mrs. Mabel Haven and low score to Gladys Zell. High for the guest went ito Mrs. E. Donna Lee caught three nice trout, one mea suring seventeen inches. The John Robinsons and the Lloyd Royces were also visitors at Camp Sherman over the 4th. Their day was marred, however, by a minor accident, that of knoc king out a reverse rod, which cut short their plans of motoring on to Wizard Falls.
