We do not find that laboring men have become satisfied since they have unions capable of black jack ing employers, hut they obtained much more money for much less work. These carcasses go to slaughter and it is frequently necessary to carve away some of the high priced cuts. One other major factor is that a great deal of the hide is worthless to the leather industry due to the holes that have been cut in it in the life process of the cattle grub. Materials are now on the mar ket that can lx? used as a spray, a pour-on, as well as internal treatment. These organic phos phates are very effective If ai>- plied properly.
