They had visited Mr. and Mrs. Walter Ruggles at Heppner Monday. Loy Cochran left Saturday for his mining claim in Curry county to spend a week or more looking after his cabin and doing some digging to see what he might find. Mr. and Mrs. James Woods and daughter were here from Port land to attend the annual meet ing of the Moro Grain Growers.
