Mr. and Mrs. Art Bibby1 left Saturday for East Lake to spend the Fourth of July fishing. Mrs. Al Roberts and children left Thursday for their home in Corvallis after spending ten days here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Cox. Mr. and Mrs. Francis Perrlgo of Maupin were week end visit ors of Mr. and Mrs. C. Perrlgo. Mr. and Mrs. Willard Rolfe and children went to Antelope Sunday and spent the day with his sister and family, Mrs. Char les Baker. About forty persons attended the Eastern Star and Masonic picnic at Hunt Park at Tygh Val ley Sunday. A pot luck dinner was served at noon. * The older folks spent the afternoon visit ing and the children went wad ing. Mrs. T. M. Rolfe and son, Ro bert left Tuesday for White Sal mon to spend the day visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Cal Mathews. Mr. and Mrs. W. B.
