Balzer Mrs. William Holmes and son, Sam, Mrs. Ted von Borstel and Mary Bowen of The Dalles went to SL Paul, April 24, to attend the funeral of Joe McNamee of Antelope, who \yas accidently killed while working with a tractor on his father’s place at St. Paul. Mrs. McNamee will be remembered as Cecelia Brogan of Antelope. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Conover of Portland spent a week visiting at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Holmes. Frank Haynes and Herb Kisor arrived Sunday from Philomath to 'spend a few days at the home of the former’s sister, Mrs. A. A. Dunlap. Mrs. Ted von Borstel and her niece, Mrs. Ted Conover, went to The Dalles Saturday to visit the former’s father, San Holmes. Mrs. Vern Mobley and children of Kent were dinner guests Mon day evening at t h e home of Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Dunlap. - Mrs. J. W. Blagg and daughter, Mrs Clair Balzer, Janice Bibby and Gerald Blagg were business visitors in The Dalles Saturday. Art Bibby went to Portland the first of the week and brought Mrs. Bibby home Friday even ing after spending several weeks ’ with her sister, Miss Louise Fraley. They left Sunday for Warm Springs for a week. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Rslinger of Aioro were dinner guests Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Marcus Eslinger.
