Foes fell at her home here Monday forenoon and sus tained a fractured* hip in addition to another injury to her knee and arm. Mrs. Foss was recovering frcm a knee injury and wae mov- in g ab out th e house w ith the aid of a ch air and cane when she slipped and fell. She was taken to a h ospital in The Dalles for tre a tm e n t M onday afternoon. W ord w as received here of the d eath of Mrs. D. H arvey Leach a t A lbany S atu rd ay , M arch 7. She vzas in h er 79th year. Mrs. Leach was a siste r of th e late A. M. W rig h t and an au n t of Mrs. C. R and H. B. Belshee. In early days she lived here before Mr. Leach took up the m inistry. It is un d er stood th a t over fo u r million bush els have been released to the cor poration fo r sale as feed w heat. Of this am ount 1.284,235 bushels have been released here. Of this am ount 310,271 bushels is from the Sherm an Co-op G rain G row ers houses, 610,780 from th? Moro G rain G row ers and 2?T>,931 from the G rass Valiev Grain G row ers section. In addition 127,253 bushels of term in al stored w heat has been released, about equally from each p a rt of th e county.
