er from Floyd Flett’s ear Thurs­
day afternoon after the insect had
apparently holed up for the win­
ter. Floyd thought his ear ached
from a wisdom tooth and applied
to the dentist for relief first.

Gives Program

This week the volley ball games
were a t Kent. The Moro boys
team won by a score of 29-34. The
girls team lost by the close score
of 30-32. The Moro girls were
ahead at the half but Kent gain:d
in the second half to come out
victorious.

week were spent in busily review­

cited a series of poems. The 3rd
and 4th grades gave a short skit
about Columbus and his ideas on
the shape of the world. Orren
Schadowitz represented Columbus;
Shaion Hennagin was captain of
a Sailing boat and Douglas Engle-
bretson was Columbus’ father.
The rest of the class were sailors.
The 5th and 6th grade program
consisted of recitations and a song.
