Hoss, Secretary of State of the State of Oregon; and Thomas B. Kay, Treasurer of the State of Oregon, collectively and con stituting the State I>and Board of the State of Oregon, were plaintiff’s, and Jeuie M. Tinsley and 0. A. Tinsley, wife and husband, were defendants, and in which proceeding a judgment was rendered in favor of rtaid plain tiff’s and against the defendants, Jessie M. Tinsley and C. A.
