Subjects were warned for unlawful lodging. 12:21 a.m. Second Street: camping within city limits. Subjects were warned for unlawful lodging. 12:22 a.m. Hemlock Street and Sunset Boulevard: disturbance. An officer spoke with a male who was caught urinating into a bush. The subject was intoxicated and informed not to urinate in public if at all possible. The man made it home without further incident. 6:34 a.m. 400 block of Silver Point Court: camping within city limits. Subjects were warned for unlawful lodging. 4:02 p.m. 100 block of North Hemlock Street: animal complaint. Police received report of a dog in distress in a vehicle. The outside temperature was 67 degrees and the interior temperature of the vehicle was 77 degrees. The dog was not in distress, but the officer advised the complainant he would keep an eye on the vehicle. July 21 6:31 p.m. 100 block of North Hemlock Street: property found. A bicycle was found in the middle of the highway. An email was sent to the manufacturer requesting they contact the owner if they have the serial number on file. The officer also contacted the company that sold the bicycle and left a message re- questing the same. 11:51 p.m. Tolovana Wayside: camping within city limits. Subjects were warned for unlawful lodging. 12:30 a.m. East Second Street: camping within city limits. Subjects were warned for overnight camping. 12:39 a.m. East Second Street: camping within city limits. Subjects were warned for unlawful lodging. 2:18 a.m. Mariner Market: camping within city limits. Subjects were warned for unlawful camping. 8:58 a.m. Second Street and beach: camping within city limits. Police received report of campers asleep on the beach in sleeping bags. An officer arrived, woke the subjects up and issued verbal warnings. 11:02 a.m. Conference Center: animal complaint. Complaint of a dog left in a car. An officer checked on the dog, which was fine. July 24 12:20 a.m. Tolovana Wayside: camping within city limits. Subjects were warned for overnight camping. 12:53 a.m. Second Street and sewer ponds: camping within city limits. Subjects were warned for unlawful lodging. 1:07 a.m. sewer ponds: camp- ing within city limits. Subjects were warned for overnight lodging. 1:15 a.m. 3200 block of South Hemlock Street: animal complaint. Second racoon call of the evening at this address. Officer responded and was unable to find the racoon this time. July 25 11:30 a.m. 100 block of East Gower Street: disturbance. Per- son urinating on bushes. Police received report about two hours after the incident. The suspect was gone. 12:22 a.m. Haystack Parking: camping within city limits. Subjects were warned for overnight camping. 12:43 a.m. Highway 101 and Sunset Boulevard: suspicious circumstances. Officer was dis- patched to report of a disabled vehicle blocking most of Elk Creek Road at Sunset. He arrived to find a vehicle blocking most of Elk Creek Road at Elkland Drive and remained on scene to direct traffic until a tow arrived. 10:05 p.m. Elk Run Park: camping within city limits.
