It is the owners duty to see that these weeds are re moved. It is also the duty of each road supervisor to ascertain whether or not there are any of thest weeds in his district and if he finds any he must notify the owner of the property to re move them before the seed has formed. Should the owner re fuse to remove the weeds the supervisor can do so and the expenses become a lien on the land. Several farmers who make efforts to keep their farms clean of such weeds have com- nlained many times of those who do no. This law shculd be en forced vigorously.
