The Saturday evening club
was pleasantly entertained at the
home of Miss Wood on last Sat
urday evening. After several
piano selections by Miss Lillian
Ranney and vocal solos by A. B.
Robertson, all enjoyed "hearts"
until a dainty luncheon was
served by the young ladies.

Portland where she will visit in

suffering from a severe attack of
neuralgia (he past few days.

W. A. Darling, who has been
here for several days, canvasing
the Grange Hall, returned to

liver to the Kerr Gifford Whse.

held down the boards at the Ar
mory. Hall last evening more
than pleased the large audience
with their rendition of the Gold
en Giant Mine." The play was
a most intersting one and the
different members of the troupe
did great justice to themselves.
Tonight the company will render
"The Missouri Girl" which has
been a tremendous success all
over the United States during
the Dast seven years. It is a
cood nlav entertaining and laugh
able and all should attend to give
support to dhe of the best troupes
that ever came to Condon.
"Yankee Doodle Boy" on tomor
row night and Sunday evening
"The Holy Cross" an extra fine
production which few can afford
to miss.
